• Registration: Centers must provide accurate information during registration. Admin approval is required to access the platform.
• Pending Status: Unapproved centers will see a "Pending Approval" page until admin approval is granted.

- The platform allows centers to scan Boxes and Envelopes to update their status and view their contents.
- Scanned items in our database will turn green, indicating successful scanning and status updates.
- Unauthorized scanning or tampering with data is strictly prohibited.

Centers must ensure accurate use of the scanning functionality. Incorrect or fraudulent actions may result in account suspension.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

SECQRS is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the platform, system errors, or unauthorized access to your account.
